Eastern Connecticut State University is a mid-sized, public liberal arts college set on 182 acres in Willimantic, CT. Serving 4,189 undergraduate and 1,500 graduate students, ECSU offers 33 majors and 56 minors split among three schools, The School of Arts and Sciences, The School of Education and Professional Studies, and the graduate school. ECSU has a long standing commitment to sustainability, and houses the Institute for Sustainable Energy. It is the most residential of all Connecticut State University campuses, and students participate in NCAA DIII sports and a wide variety of intramurals.
