Anchor to Windward, a private non-profit agency, is open to adults age 20 and over who have complex learning disabilities but are capable of living alone. Members come from all over the Northeast and live in apartments in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Independent living skills are taught as well as the exploration of vocational options.
