Ferrum College, located in Ferrum VA is home to 1,451 undergraduate students. Founded in 1913, Ferrum offers over 50 majors, the most popular being business, the health sciences and liberal arts. The Ferrum Panthers participate in 11 NCAA sports. Field experience and internships are emphasized. A farm museum, a state center for Blue Ridge folklore, dinner theater and rope courses are located on campus.
