Located in Scranton Pennsylvania, Marywood University is a four-year University affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. Just over 2,000 undergraduates and 1,000 graduate students choose from over 60 majors. The most popular majors are health sciences, education, and visual/performing arts. Seventy percent of applicants are accepted. Special facilities include the human physiology lab, nutrition and dietetics lab, television editing suites, and regulation pool and aquatics center. Students choose from 12 NCAA or 10 intramural sports.
