Sacred Heart University is a private college associated with the Roman Catholic Church. Located in Fairfield Connecticut, over 4,000 undergraduates and 2,000 graduate students matriculate. Students choose from over 70 majors the most popular being business, communications, and the health sciences. Over half of undergraduates applicants are offered admission, and seventy percent of students are from out of state. Students can participate in 14 intercollegiate and ten intramural sports.
