Stetson University’s main campus is located in Deland, Florida, 25 miles from Daytona Beach and 35 miles from Orlando. Law campuses are located in St. Petersburg and Tampa, and there is a University Center Program in Celebration, Fl. Campus. Improvements in recent years have included a new science center, an addition to the school of music, a new art center, and an Environmental Learning Center. Student/faculty ratio is 11:1, and 95% of all full-time faculty hold terminal degrees in their field. Stetson is a member of NCAA Division I athletics, and also features many club and intramural sports teams.
