Founded in 1888, Scranton is a nationally recognized Jesuit university located on 58 acres in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains region in Scranton, PA. The liberal arts university offers 61 undergraduate and 25 graduate programs to approximately 4,000 undergraduate students and 1,076 graduate students. Scranton offers a wide range of varsity and intramural athletics, special academic programs, clubs, activities and research opportunities. The students participate in the NCAA DIII sports program.
