The University of Tulsa is a private college known for its engineering programs as well as its liberal arts curriculum. With 2,981 undergraduates and 1,113 graduate students, they have an innovative program that allows undergraduates to do research their first semester on campus. There 210-acre campus is three miles from downtown Tulsa. Students take a core curriculum with emphasis on the liberals arts.
