Washington College, located in Chesterton Maryland, is a private liberal arts college. Almost fifteen hundred undergraduates and twenty-five graduate students choice from twenty-eight different majors, the most popular being the social sciences, business, and English. Over forty clubs and organizations are on campus. The college offers the Center for the Study of the American Experience and the Center for Environment and Society. Eleven NCAA sports are offered as well as twelve intramural sports
